When you apply to work with us, you may provide your name, contact information, city and state, experience, availability, portfolio links, optional resume, and other information you choose to share. We use application information to evaluate your interest and experience and contact you about work opportunities.

How we use information

We use this information to review your project, respond to your request, prepare estimates, schedule work, provide customer service, and maintain business records. We do not sell your personal information.

Form and service providers

Our estimate and job application forms are provided by Jotform. Information submitted through these forms may be processed and stored by Jotform and other service providers used to operate our website, email, and business communications.

Website analytics

When Google Analytics is enabled, we use it to understand website visits, clicks on call, text and email links, and estimate-form completion signals. Analytics may use cookies and technical information about your browser and device. Our tracking code does not send form answers, names, phone numbers, email addresses, project photos or submission identifiers to Google Analytics. Form submissions remain with our form provider and business records.

Retention and security

We retain application, project, and contact information for as long as reasonably needed for estimates, service, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. No online system is completely secure, but we use reasonable measures and reputable service providers to protect submitted information.

You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold, subject to recordkeeping or legal requirements.
