What excavation and grading work do you handle?

Wallscapes Northwest handles residential and light commercial site preparation, rough and finish grading, parking-pad and driveway preparation, trenching, material import and export, drainage shaping, and compacted aggregate base work.

Can you grade a property to improve drainage?

Yes. We evaluate where water is coming from, where it currently travels, and which safe outlet options exist. Grading may be used by itself or combined with drains, basins, aggregate, or erosion-control measures.

Do you haul excavated soil and debris away?

Export can be included when required. The scope should account for material type, volume, loading access, trucking, disposal location, and whether usable material can remain on site.

Can you prepare a gravel parking pad or driveway base?

Yes. The work can include excavation, subgrade preparation, fabric where appropriate, aggregate placement, grading, and compaction. Depth and material are selected around the site conditions and intended traffic.
